Sutton House Music Society
Bringing classical music of the highest quality to Hackney audiences
at affordable prices in a friendly relaxed setting.
The Sutton House Music Society is pleased to invite you to our Festive Concert on Sunday 15th December 2013 at 6pm.
To get us all in the mood for the festive season, the fantastic Hackney-based unaccompanied choir, the Wing-It Singers, will perform a mouth-watering programme of English yuletide wassails, and festive songs from Georgia, the Balkans, Spain and France. The choir have been performing both in and out of London for the last twelve years. Their Christmas concert is always a wonderful occasion and for many people marks the start of their festive season. This year for the first time they will be performing in the sixteenth-century National Trust property, Sutton House, which will be decorated for the occasion.
To mark this very special “Hackney” concert, the Sutton House Music Society will be offering complimentary mince pies and the cafe/bar will be selling mulled wine and other drinks. We are keeping prices even lower than normal for this concert, and children under 16 have free admission.
We expect this concert to sell out, so advise early booking.
Sutton House, Sunday 15th December 2013, at 6pm.
Tickets £7; concessions (proof required) £5; under-16s, disabled people and their carers free.
Click the “Buy tickets” button on the left.
The café/bar will be open before the concert and during the interval.
